Where a project requires construction works, professional services, materials or specialist services, these are provided by independent third parties engaged directly by the client — our revenue does not depend on receiving or passing through client funds intended for them.
Contracts and payments for third-party goods and services remain directly between the client and the relevant provider — promoting transparency and defined responsibilities throughout the project.
